Premium website for Private Banking
Our team redesigned and launched the club’s website serving the bank's affluent clients. This project combines ancient themes and modern.
About the company
Private Banking is a loyalty programme tailored for affluent clients offering a personalized approach. The service creates personalized banking experiences, providing members access to unique investment products, exclusive benefits and events.
Tasks
The main programme serves affluent clients of the upper and upper middle classes. Over 80% of Private Banking’s clients prioritize traditional values and seek services aligning with these, such as private education and health insurance, financial diversity tools, etc.
The site provides users access to unique opportunities, services, and amenities available exclusively to Private Banking clients. The previous website design was outdated and poorly reflected the main concept behind the service: the existing design did not convey the premium status of the Private Banking brand. There were many UI components hindering the user journey, confusing modal windows and typography that made reading tedious.

— Convey the exclusive nature of the loyalty programme through the website design;
— Build client trust through visual and textual elements.
Solution
Our team developed a design concept that mixed together classical themes of ancient Greece with the sleekness of cyberbanking, combining both timeless and modern styles. We used large 3D illustrations and objects as well as typography to help build user attention and engagement.
Audax created contrast between the main welcome page and internal pages. This was done by using HD 3D animation in the prior, creating a “movie theater” effect and then guiding users to light and airy services pages.
We changed the visual structure of the project to ensure nothing distracts the user's attention. Functional buttons were made to be non-intrusive, noting a soft CTA. Private Banking gently guides its users through the programme's benefits and demonstrates the various product and service options offered to members.
Our team added various animations and 3D images, building a complex frontend using WebGL, generated an editorial policy, and created UX copy.
Results
