Case Overview
PetChef is a premium pet food brand that delivers freshly-cooked pet meals made from natural food and balanced for a dog's diet.
PetChef team approached Audax with few ideas, concepts and references that they wanted to merge but there was no clear understanding on what exactly needs to be done.
Business needs and requirements were the main pillars of project success. Theories and hypotheses had to be tested independently and Audax team was responsible for the smooth transition from assumptions to realistic expectations and most effective solution as a result.
Client Need
We were to help the client to articulate their first-ever brand platform, including a visual toolkit, package design, brand website and examples of social media content.
Our Solution
We made a premium package design with a focus on care and personalized approach. We left a blank space for pet`s name to highlight that meal was made with love and care especially for the customer.
The main colors of the brand are blue and yellow. Colors have been chosen by the client due to the fact that dogs only distinguish these two colors. We added black, yellow, orange, peach and blue colors as additional. The client plans to expand the range and produce food not only for dogs but also for cats.
We have designed packaging options and brand design for various stuff. It was important for the client to test the hypothesis and check business viability with very small budgets. For quick and inexpensive production of materials we suggested using stickers.

We know how important meal planning is and how difficult it can be to find exactly what is right for your pet. Taking care of customer’s needs we have developed complex and highly-detailed feed selection system to make process of buying food for loved ones easier and much more convenient.
By helping users know the car’s charge state, the app helps them plan for the trip ahead. If the user’s car has charge left for just 5 miles while the user must travel just 3 miles before he/she can charge the car, he/she can drive it on full-electric mode for the distance.
In case of an accident, the app can contact Karma’s Roadside Assistance, providing users with a sense of relief in the case of an accident. Adding a further sense of relief is the valet mode, which will help users hand their car over to another person and not worrying about the car being misused.
Lastly, the app will allow users to better manage their accounts, giving it a sense of ease of use. For this, the app allows users to add more VINs to their account (in case of they own multiple Revero cars) or assign VIN to a different account (in case of sale/transfer of ownership).
