About the project
Neoskills is a startup providing HR SaaS tools with a skill-based approach for employee assessment and development. We started working with them late 2022 to develop their first flagship product - the Neoskills HR platform.Tasks

Implement an HR solution, allowing companies to create unique ecosystems of required competencies and skills for each role and department, conduct structured employee skill assessments and measure the results with team expectations.
Project Features
The users of the service are managers and their subordinates. This grouping requires creation of two separate, yet interconnected account types.
Ex.: an employee fills out a form confirming their current skills, this data is automatically sent to their direct manager. The manager can confirm/reject each skill and afterwards, the results appear in the employee portal.
Solution: Employee's personal account
The employee's account encourages staff to analyze their own competencies and discuss a development plan with their manager based on the obtained information. It consists of 3 sections: Dashboard, Skills, Profile.Skills mapping
This section aggregates all the data filled in by the employee. It can be used to draw conclusions and put together a development plan.
The employee is required to assess the level of proficiency of each skill and add comments/explanations where necessary.
The manager can either accept or reject the stated level of competency, leaving a comment that will be displayed in the employee's personal account.
Solution: Manager's personal account
Neoskills manager account allows department heads to easily analyse key competencies within their team. The manager's personal account contains 4 sections: Dashboard, Company, Validation, Profile.
Skills mappingHome page displaying general information about the employees in their team.
Helps the manager understand whether employees' competencies meet the norm required within the department as well as develop a strategy to enhance their team's expertise.
Here, a manager can review all team inbound requests to confirm team mates' skill proficiency.
The main management section. Includes following options:
- the addition/removal of employees;
- department creation;
- skill management;
- company info submission and department detailing;
- role profiles;
- editing the rating criteria and levels, adding new levels.
