About the company

A client is a eco-friendly cleaning and personal hygiene brand in the CIS, distributing  products ranging from laundry detergent to toothpaste and sells more 10,000,000 items monthly. 

Tasks

The customer’s website was initially created at the start of the company, and its design became notably outdated since.There were scalability issues, and the site was not a fully-functional channel for online sales. 

The website lacked a personal account feature, and the customer database was gathered from various sources. Building a modern marketing strategy focused on personalization within such a fragmented foundation was a very challenging task.

The outdated design and architecture hindered the implementation of new functionality. Each feature took a long time to develop, requiring careful consideration to avoid disrupting established processes. 

There was little focus on the audience, usability, and user journey. A decision was made to update the site and make it a user-friendly sales platform.
